This place is a dream come true. My family felt so covered and reassured. Therapy was awesome and the nursing staff took care of my grandmother as if she were their own and I know that she could be a real handful! Management always made sure I was up to date with anything that happened and were so caring of all my concerns! This is the place to take your loved one!
If I ever need to be in a care center again, this is where I’d want to be. From the first minute being transported by JR and every minute after, these guys know their stuff and always do it with an abundance of gentleness and kindness. So many wonderful prople. Monument is a wonderful community. The team that works there are so kind and are always willing to help.
