I would not recommend this place, unless you don't care if anything you want fixed doesn't get fixed
Rent says $871 but you’ll end up paying over $1,000 with utilities being 5 seperate entities. One “A/C” unit next to the front door and nothing else so in the summer your bedroom will constantly be hot or you can spend $170 a month with Evergy and be somewhat comfortable. Dryer exhaust pumps directly into the bedroom (Hazardous and still coded from 1983) so that makes your bedroom a nice sauna when you want to do laundry.
