Staff Katie was rude to my guest that sent me a package saying she needed to be on the lease to receive. I get that to a point but to be rude then threaten to me in a call to put her on the lease and pay for s application fee or she is turning in a lease violation. Don’t need to pay top dollar at this palace and get talked to this way. Never had this problem with Christina Vasser here a little respect goes a long way.
I always visit my fiance frequently for almost a year. We have never had a problem with anything or anyone from the office when Christina Vasser was the manager. Since she had left, a manager Katie has been very rude to anyone without having any manners, customer service skills, or any knowledge of managerial experience. RecommendedI’ve lived at Sandstone for the last two yrs, until I retired and returned home. I had a wonderful time there. Katie and Christi are two of the sweetest ladies and always took care of me. I only had a couple of maintenance issues and the guys who take care of those problems normally had it fixed by the next day. I would not only recommend sandstone, but would not hesitate to live there again😁

I can honestly say this is the first apartment complex I love 💕.
from the day I moved in the staff has been exceptional, the maintenance crew are very responsive and efficient, the office manager has an absolutely great personality and makes you feel welcomed and important. the apartment and amenities are fantastic and the grounds are maintained and spotless , as well as pet friendly , the neighbor's are friendly and dont get loud which was a big concern of mine.there is just one small drawback that I hope will get a bit of help would be one office lady who treats you like a number and no... read more
