My husband and I lived at Sandstone for a year before moving out of state and I truly miss living here. To start, the front desk is so responsive, especially Emma. If I ever had a question or needed help with something, they were always in the front office and ready to help. I have been a resident at Sandstone Apartments for over two and a half years, and I can confidently say it’s a fantastic place to live in Tucson. The staff is incredibly helpful and often celebrates residents through various holidays and special events. The amenities are excellent, featuring a well-maintained basketball court and a Pool/Jacuzzi that are always functional. I lived here for about 3.5 years, and the general experience was very nice. Some new staffs were careless, but the manager Patricia was very professional and friendly. Pros: The landscape was very beautiful. Maintenance team was usually on time. Management team was responsive and flexible. They mailed the check of some returned deposit after I moved out. Cons: Security was not that well, even though the community was gated and equipped with patrol. I saw someone climbed the community wall at night. Package was lost a few ... read more

This is one of the cleanest and quietest. Living complexes, I have worked on this side of town. We do a lot of I t work in the area, and this one's always nice to go to when we see it on our schedule for the day

This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. I was there for two years and loved living in my 1 bed 1 bath! I even recommended the complex to other friends who then moved in and have loved it as well. The management staff is amazing, Patricia and Joy are incredible. The maintenance staff is friendly and do a fantastic job of maintaining/improving the property.
