Very professional. Great at communication and file returns timely.
Unfortunately, not awesome. Communication poor, returns prepared 4 mos. late in '21, and just under the wire in '22 despite having all of our paperwork in by the time it was requested. The worst is that they are not looking out for my best interests. After erroneously telling me that I am ineligible for the ERC pandemic credit, they are unwilling to even talk with me about it after, lets see, 4-5 requests.
