Waiting almost 2 months for a refund check, when you call the office with questions, youll need to call at least 14x before someone will answer. You can leave a voicemail, but they have yet to return one.So repeating the phone call over and over is your best bet. Happy renting from them didn't work out because if this is how they conduct business , I can only imagine an emergency
