Not to go into all the details, but I had a terrible experience with a third-party online florist that completely dropped the ball on a time-sensitive delivery. This place is wonderful - I live out of state but often like to send my grandparents who live in Jackson flowers for their birthdays or special occasions. I always use Sand's Florist - everyone I have ever spoken to here is so friendly and my grandparents are always very happy with their flowers and talk about how beautiful they are. Customer service is 10/10. Thanks!
