Sands Heat & Air just finished installing a new Heat/Air Unit in my home. Have used them for years, and highly recommend them. Their ad says it all, "Service You Can Count On, Experience You Can Trust". . Bob knows his product inside/out, and works with the customer to assure they also know what they can do to keep the unit performing well. Bob & his son Jeff are great to work with. Thanks guys. My wife and I just moved to Cleveland right before fall and were faced with a new heating unit which operates on propane gas. We called Bob Sands and within 3 hours he came to our house. Not only did Bob do a complete systems check, he did a whole house systems check. Amazing service. I would highly recommend this company. The HVAC units that we have were installed and maintained poorly by another company. the same company came out to work on the units and told us that they would return, but they never did and it left us without air conditioning. Sands came out and within a small amount of time was able to take care of the situation and fix the issues. Very reasonably priced and highly recommended. If you are searching for a honest and high rated company use Sands Heating and Air.

I just had the privilege of meeting these two fantastic men Bob and Jeffy. To say they go the extra mile is a understatement. I originally had some bozo from Gene's Refrigeration come out to check my unit. He was here all of 15 minutes, found no leak, wanted to charge me $60 a lb for freon, and still walked away with $75 of my money in his pocket. The next day is when i Called Sand's. Bob goes the extra mile. His courstesy and professionalism can't be beat. He completed the job quickly (1 day) and the heating & a/c units works perfectly. And the cost was minimal.

Developed a problem with Air Conditioner unit. The compressor was not coming on. Bob responded the same day we callled for service. After diagnosing the problem, he repaired the wiring at a cost of $200 instead of replacing the compressor under warranty and charging me $850 for labor. He was excellent to work with and I highly recommend his service.
