Let me start off and say that the actual hotel staff are fantastic and polite. Now the new and improved bar and grill that opened today we’ll AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE. The service was horrible and I just ordered an simple shrimp cocktail, guess what 20 minutes later you know it was going to be bad when the third waiter to serve us states “your not going to like this”. Not friendly towards locals. Expensive drinks, charges for boat docking and using their pool. The cherry on the top is that they dropped their marine gas prices to cost in order to drive Taha Marina (next door) out of business. I will not ever support the new Sands and I urge everyone else not to also. Not a friendly or ethical business.
