Well. I’m changing the review from a 1 to a 3. Sands did step up and get involved to follow up on the fraudulent charge as they conceded in a post below and verified by my friends bank. Furthermore I was only able to gain attention here due to being unable to call in on a daily basis. The charges were reversed on my friends card and he reimbursed me.
