I would rate is a -2 if I could. The "personalized care" is non-existent. I have seen my cardiologist once in the last 2 years. Scheduled a stress test, then rescheduled my appointment to be with the PA. Bad enough. Now they want to reschedule that appointment out to mid October (stress test on sept 17) because Dr Odorisi has gone part time and "no matter where you go at RGH everything is on a care team now".
