it was ok decent service
Made appointment for a recall and when I arrived was told they hadn't ordered the part and so I had to reschedule but that they would call me. Called several weeks later saying that I hadn't heard anything. They said my part was in for over a week and somebody should have called. Made second appointment. Show to second appointment and they asked if I wanted to do my inspection early. I agreed. Then they asked if I wanted to do multiple other things, including tires, wipers and filters but I declined at that time. I asked at ... read more

Would not honor website advertised dealer discount on new Jeep. Came back with a quote many thousands higher than other competitive offers. Lack of pricing transparency, or outright lying, results in a waste of everyone's time. Cannot recommend.
