Great experience at Sands Quakertown, PA. My car was totaled and needed to buy a car quickly. After many dealerships I went back to Sands. The sales team presented a solution to my situation which lead to the purchase of a new 2025 Dodge Durango. We love it and more importantly I feel safe driving it. While I like the staff themselves when I’ve been in, the corporate can use a reboot. Service drops the ball often due to what they’re permitted vs what should be. If there’s a major claim (not recall) they won’t tell you, they’ll keep repairing the same part & charging you. Over & over. It’ll be on you to get FCA to do their job. I’d imagine like most dealerships the basic work is shy of robbery. Estimate for replacing the batteries of $1200, battery is $430. My first visit/service there Lof and rotate also 4wd light. Nice facility comfortable waiting area had opportunity to see new vehicles. Service was great Thank you Amy.

Had a fantastic experience with Jim and the rest of the team at Sands. They went above and beyond to give me a great deal on a new car and continued to give excellent service even after I purchased the vehicle to ensure I was satisfied can’t recommend them enough!
