Terrible service!!! Don't use this appraiser. I work with an Appraisal Management Company and he took forever to get a job done and then never actually completed the job. We called him to see what the status was on the appraisal and he said because we are "bugging him" that he is just going to cancel the order. What a piece of work! Totally unprofessional in my opinion. He doesn't know how to pull up his big boy pants and finish a job.
