To early to leave a review. The staff was professional during the tour and application process. Update on 10/31/25 Nice and smooth. The Sands is very welcoming. My apartment was ready to move in on time and very clean. *unloading my truck not included..lol Thanks Wasatch Properties.

As soon as I called the arrived the next hour. Even the pest control guy came in 2 hours. They were kind and enjoyed in good conversations☺️. That's what they did. I was truly satisfied.
Rebecca and Jim are some very very nice people recommend their service for sure!
