My Model 3 was rear ended and Sandrof is the only Tesla certified body shop in Lynchburg. When I took it there they were welcoming and courteous. They keep a clean space and there's always someone there to assist and answer questions. My car was inspected thoroughly and worked with both insurance and car rental to make sure I was taken care of.
