All the staff were excellent and ensured that my neck and head were protected until the scan reports came back after falling and hitting my head on concrete. My complex pain diagnoses and spinal cord injuries were handed over to all who worked with me. This emergency room observation was my second in two years, and on both occasions, the due diligence and great treatment ensured that I was able to go home feeling confident that I would be ok. The staff all have great bedside manner, even when busy.

Ive had to come here twice now with really bad food poisenning/gastro. Both times, they brought me back to life, and treated me with such care. The ER department team are great, all staff and everyone involved.

My father came here to the emergency department on Friday. He had a life threatening bowel obstruction and the staff acted quickly, with great compassion particularly as my father was highly agitated and also has dementia. The head nurse, Tamika was amazing as were the team of Doctors looking after him. I could not fault this hospital and I am so grateful that they chose to wait and not operate and he got better without an operation. Thank you 🙏

Cruel and unusual punishment; writhing pain, no scans because they 'think' I'm fine, waited two days for any actual pain management and CT MRI referrals only to be told only emergencies are seen; despite being in emergency for 10 hours (no pain relief a doctor tried to straighten the leg I couldn't straighten or use, only feel sickening pain in saying whoops, sorry as I screamed the house down balling my eyes out.
