Very professional, kind and compassionate person. Her staff is welcoming as is her facility. Very clean and comfortable! Your welcomed with smiles and coffee. Mrs. Sandrine is so knowledgeable and listens to every concern you have and is always helpful helping to understand the process. Hands down the best examiner I have ever been scheduled with! So many veterans have so many bad experiences I completely understand the frustration. If you are fortunate enough to be scheduled with her know you are in great hands
