The Superintendent of this community is DANIEL & can’t say enough about his communication and follow up on the entire build. His attention to details and care for the quality of home build is appreciated. This is a nice small community that is new! The houses are smart homes by D.R. Horton. The homes themselves are really nice, but sometimes of the outside things weren't planned to well, like some of the electrical boxes. Other than that, it's really nice with friendly people
Beautiful homes that impressed me immediately after visiting so many others. The spaces are functional and of all the homes that we considered, DR Horton, is the only builder that excelled above others for us. In addition, the park is extremely convenient, and you can drive in and out of this park with ease and safely.
