DO NOT BUY THESE HOMES. WORST BUILDER EVER. AND READ YOUR CONTRACT WORD FOR WORD. THEY HAVE SO MANY LAW SUITS YOU CANNOT JUST WALK AWAY FROM YOUR WALK THROUGH OR CLOSING. THEY WILL PROMISE YOU THE WORLD. AND IN THE END YOU CANNOT WALK AWAY. THATS NOT EVEN SAYING WHAT A CHEAP HOME THEY BUILD AND POOR WORKMANSHIP.
From Matt (11th month walk through representative), to Daniel( subdivision superintendent)....we've been SO blessed by their kindness, expertise, and knowledge base regarding our home, D.R. Horton, and Little River in general! The new homeowner experience has been an incredible journey due to the professionalism of these gentleman.
