Our furnace failed during a sub‑zero polar vortex, and Sandri Energy responded quickly and professionally. We called around noon, and a technician arrived by 1:00 PM. They clearly explained the issue, confirmed the boiler needed replacement, and completed the work much faster than expected. There was no pressure to upsell, and they made sure our home was warming properly before leaving. Excellent service in extreme conditions—I highly recommend Sandri Energy.

Unfortunately, the motor on our 6 year old Generac standby generator was leaking oil. Since the cost to repair/replace the motor was $4,600, we chose to buy a new generator.
