In 2022 I paid Sandri over $4000 to install a Rinnai tankless hot water heater in a small cabin I own. It is now malfunctioning and needs service. When I called Sandri to have them send someone out, they told me that they will not service it because they are not the supplier of the propane for the cabin. They didn't care about that when they took my $4000 for the heater. They were completely unhelpful and uncaring about my problem.
