Chris Sandrell was great, my AC went out and we call the people who did our warranty work a couple years ago, TrueBlue HVAC came out and basically told me I needed to replace almost all the components and would be better worth it to replace that unit for 8-9k. After a diagnosis they said my unit just crapped out, when they put the unit back together it magically came on and was running fine, I was pleased until the AC died again a couple hours later. We've used Sandrell for years. They have always sent the same tech & Aaron is great! He is always friendly, respectful, & informative. He did a great job helping us care for & maintain our old unit without constant pressure to buy a new one. When that became a necessity, they did an excellent job replacing our unit at a reasonable price. They even helped us move the unit to a different location so we could expand our patio. Highly recommend.
