We used Sandra's Health Care Services on November 30th to take our aunt from her St. Catharines LTC to Niagara on the Lake for her 100th birthday Tea. As well as hiring 2 PSWs to assist her , the Wheelchair Taxi was arranged for us. I cannot say enough about everyone I dealt with from making the arrangements and quick responses to my questions to the wonderful PSWs . They were very kind and attentive. The taxi service was excellent. I highly reccomend Sandra's Health Care Services!
Excellent Workplace! Working at Sandra Home Health Care Services has been a wonderful experience. The team is supportive, communication is strong, and staff are truly valued. Scheduling is fair, and the company shows genuine care for both employees and clients. I’m proud to be part of such a dependable and compassionate organization.
I have used SHHC for three separate occasions when I have traveled back to Saint Catherine’s for family visits and funeralsS. The caregivers that I have used were excellent. I am disabled and in a power wheelchair and traveling is quite challenge for me. The SHHC Team even got me to the hospital when I had complications from medicine I took.
