Amazing service! Same day appointment for a horrible ingrown toenail. She was so nice to. The Dr. was fast to act and patient for me feeling weezy. Highly recommend. Everyone else wanted an office visit first and then to be seen. She took me same day appt & procedure. She has a new McAllen office close to the Mall and the Airport now very convenient.
Horrible at returning 5 phone calls Friday afternoon Monday morning, noon, afternoon sadly I have waited for a pain and inflammation medication over two weeks I’ve waited patiently but my pain is unbearable, trying to avoid going to the ER and wait there hours for pain medicine!!!!!!!!! Who’s dropping the ball( I don’t want to know anymore I just need my pain taken care of)
Llevé a un familiar, se estillo el hueso del pie, como todo lugar medico te hacen esperar mucho, media hora en la sala y otra media hora a una hora en el cuarto, debes estar atento cuando te realizan una curación a mi familiar le pusieron cinta para inmovilizar la esponja, se le hizo fea la herida.... Necesitan poner puertas automáticas para todos los que van en silla de ruedas puedan accesar más fácilmente, es muy complicado empujarlos ,abrir la puerta y entrar rápidamente además de que la veintiunica rampa deberían hacerla... read more
