I hope you take the time to read my concern carefully. I initially contacted your office 3–4 months in advance to schedule my annual wellness appointment, which was eventually set for November. This visit was clearly intended to be a routine annual wellness check, where we respond to standard questions from the doctor. It is my understanding that if any additional consultation or services fall outside the scope of a wellness visit, patients should be informed beforehand—especially if those services will be billed separately.... read more
