I had a friend in town for a couple days and we just a Groupon and booked an appointment. Unfortunately somehow that appointment got taken off. It definitely was a little frustrating since we only had a short time together. Everyone was so friendly and apologetic. What made it wonderful was that they were able to get us in the very next day with a time that worked for us.
