I have not had a response from Sandra in 5 months. She has been paid in full for services, but services are not completed. I've called, texted, emailed, and sent a certified letter. Nothing! Any response is better than no response. We just want this finalized in some way.

We hired her and paid the $1,500 retainer. Last Friday we were served by the other party. We called her last Friday and almost every day this week. On Monday, she said she’d get back to us on Tuesday. On Wednesday, she said she’d call around 9am this morning. No phone call as of yet. I called her this morning and begged her to call. I really liked having Sandra as my lawyer. She knew everything, and was really quick to answer all of my questions. She explained things well, and always had time to go over everything as many times as I needed to understand what was happening. She always explained all my options. I definitely recommend her!
