I am 66 years old and on Medicare and Blue Cross. I went for my annual exam and I was told that I didn't qualify for a pap smear. I called Blue Cross and was told I qualified for a pap every year. I made an appointment with Dr. Russell and she did a pap smear (I thought but she really did a pelvic exam). I waited for my test results and was told she never took a culture. She never told me this and lead me to believe that she had done a pap smear. Now she refuses to see me as a patient.
Dr. Russell is very nice and quick and efficient with her services. All of the staff are polite in person and over the phone. Even when I came in for a procedure I was scared about, she made sure it was quick, easy, and painless.
