Dr Rodriguez is amazing, so this has nothing to do with her specifically. I called to get Information I needed for my daughter who was previously in her care and a woman named Pam answered. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or what but being cut off Everytime I spoke was pretty rude and annoying. Wait times are absurd. Sandra is great. No complaints there. But the Willow Park office has just not been a good experience. It’s not practical for parents that have jobs. We go sit there and wait about 40 minutes each time. Yesterday my wife took our 11 month old, sat in the lobby for 30+ minutes, and left. Name was never called and they had an appt. Rescheduled for 10:45am today. My wife asked this morning if we can re-book to early afternoon since an important impromptu work meeting came up for her and they came back and ... read more

This doctor has been with my baby girl every step of the way since day one ! Shes familiar and smart. Usually great with listening an is always in a good mood /all smiles . Very soft tone which i love, helps explains things well. Her staff is the same way(sweet and happy). My 3 month old actually recognizes the place and is always pretty satisfied, looks around with a pleasing sparkle in her eyes and smiles most often

I spent 30 minutes putting in an appointment as a new born as a follow up. I get a call after setting up the appointment which was confirmed to be taking new patients. Apron answering I hear "it's a 2 day old" and was told that they are in fact not accepting new appointments, and to talk with the Dr that delivered the baby. What a idiotic comment, because the attending pediatrician in the hospital is the one saying we need to find a primary care pediatrician. I called last Friday looking for an appointment quickly. We needed a PCP referral for our daughter to see orthopedics for a cast. Our existing PCP couldn’t see us until the following Friday which prompted me to seek a new medical provider.
