Didn't have a great experience.
My first visit with Dr. Rappe was very pleasant. She is so understanding. But I am writing this second review because I just found out I received pre-authorization for a medication for my hot flashes, which have affected my life terribly, which my insurance refused to cover originally. Dr. Rappe managed to get me that pre-authorization, and I am forever grateful. Also, I am so happy with Dr. Rappe that I have recommended her to my daughter. That is how much trust I have in her and her office staff.
