Dr Ortiz is extremely through in her examination and usually airs more on the side of caution which I really appreciate. She has a great bedside manner too!
We are so lucky to find Dr Ortiz, she is caring doctor with good bedside manors that many pediatricians are lacking. She was very patient with my children who are afraid of needles and want to run for the hills : ) She took time to explain my child's condition and answered all the questions I had. My children love Dr Ortiz . Office staff is polite and efficient.
