Called their number last week for referral appointment, they never called back. Called again today 11/9/2023; same said they would call back in a day or two. Do not believe them; either they do not care and or do not know how to run a business. Therefore I have zero confidence of Dr. Narayanan abilities.
The staff were welcoming and they were genuinely happy to see me. Everyone took such care in making me seem comfortable. Dr. Narayanan greeted me with her warm smile and did her best to make me feel relaxed. She treated me like family and I felt like family.. She explained everything to me about my diagnoses and explain everything to me about what I could possibly expect. She asked if I any questions and she took time to hear my thoughts and fears.
