We sent flowers to a family member who was diagnosed with cancer. The bouquet they received did not even somewhat resemble the depiction on the site, and most of the flowers used were of far lesser value. Things happen, but the real disappointment was the lack of response from the merchant, who even blocked us after we sent a polite email and another polite follow-up email several days later.
