Sandra was extremely easy to work with during the appraisal process. She confirmed the inspection very quickly, met me at the property the day of and answered many questions I had about the property. Sandra's extensive knowledge of the subject neighborhood and market was also evident during our conversation. I highly recommend her if you are looking to sell or buy.
