Sandra LoCastro of Mountain Charm Realty assisted us with the sale of our home. We were very pleased with Sandra's assistance during the entire process. She was very timely in all of her communications with both us and the buyer's agent. Her office space should have told me to move away from her. I should have listened to my instincts. She should do anything BUT real estate. Her resources are terrible, and her word means nothing. When her response to questioning what she promised, is "DO YOU HAVE IT IN WRITING" be aware it's probably TOO LATE.

We just bought a rental condo thru Sandra at Mountain Charm Realty. She was great. She listened so well to our Wants list that we bought the first place she showed us. Great follow up, took on chores that surprised me and a virtual detail queen. Definitely recommend

Sandra’s help with every step along the way was timely and filled with detailed instructions. After closing, Sandra presented us with a reference guide containing tabulated materials covering the entire buying process. The guide has already been helpful in having ... read more
