Rarely have I encountered someone who touts how "Professional" they are yet surrounds herself with incompetence. If you are considering her services, do yourself a BIG FAVOR and talk to people who are in fact PROFESSIONAL and have a singular focus on Real Estate. Her office space should have told me to move away from her. I should have listened to my instincts. She should do anything BUT real estate. Her resources are terrible, and her word means nothing. When her response to questioning what she promised, is "DO YOU HAVE IT IN WRITING" be aware it's probably TOO LATE.
We just bought a rental condo thru Sandra at Mountain Charm Realty. She was great. She listened so well to our Wants list that we bought the first place she showed us. Great follow up, took on chores that surprised me and a virtual detail queen. Definitely recommend
