I have been a patient of Dr. Vargas for 17 years. Always had great care.
Failed to provide honest quote. Actual payment from pocket is always more than estimates given in advance, aiming at making money instead of making customer happy.
Dr Vargas has been my dentist for 15 years. She is always gentle and concerned with my health. Dr. Vargas is very popular and sometimes it isn't easy to get an appointment, but it is worth the wait.
I mostly see Dr. Bodea. She is very patient and does excellent work. She makes sure filling are done correctly and color match your tooth. i would recommend this office to anyone. The hygienist Chau will give you the best cleaning you have ever had. She is gentle but very thorough. All of the staff is always friendly and I never had to wait long to be seen.
The staff is not friendly. They are always trying to up charge for extra services and products. I am always billed a small charge after my child's cleaning and there is never an explanation.
My family has been going to Dr. Vargas since she opened in Duluth, maybe 11-12 years. I have never had so much faith in someones ability to care for me as I do Sandra. I feel blessed to have her caring for me and my family. Dr Vargas has tackled some very complicated issues with my teeth that could have been referred elsewhere. We are so grateful that she sticks with our issues.
