I went from Another office to this this one because you could never get ahold of anyone or get answers. I was told it would be diffrent and austin plaza primary care. It's not. I have been trying to get a percription fill for weeks I have stopped there, left messages even the pharmacy has sent it over to them and my insurance has not gotten anything from them. Needless to say I am beyond frustrated and very disappointed
