I had a great experience with Dr Grossett and her staff. Extremely thorough exam and explanation of the findings. Highly recommended!
Dr. Grossett has been a true blessing. After spending over 1.5 years going to specialists at VCU to address debilitating double vision with unknown etymology, I ended up at her office as a direct referral from a top "specialist". It has been an amazing experience. The staff has always been very pleasant and welcoming. Dr. G LISTENS and she is big on patient education and transparency. I've been calling for weeks and have left voicemails. They don't answer the phone and they don't bother calling you back. Don't waste your time here. They certainly don't care about patients
