Very difficult to contact physicians, voicemails always full. Tough to get call backs. Interesting policy changes. Emailing me UA results then telling me a day later they can’t send the lab results because “it’s not discussed over email” contradicts the email I had just received. Dr. Johnson is great, Ester is the sweetest ever.
