Horrible costumer service need to train better the front desk

A few days ago I originally came into this office as a first-time patient because no one would answer the phone despite my repeated attempts to call. I was already frustrated, but after seeing what goes on in this office, I decided not to book an appointment at all. This place is an absolute disaster. Highly disappointed in some of the staff and owner of this practice, I brought my child in for an exam, things were going well in the beginning, then it’s time to measure the pressure in the eye, its when a burst of air goes into the eye.
