Dr Ordonez is just an exceptional doctor. She is very patient in explaining every detail of any of my medical concerns.
The reception staff was very helpful, however the nurse and doctor were not welcoming at all. I was given a lecture and treated like a child by the doctor. Very belittling and not a polite experience.
Good staff, everyone that wirks there makes me feel like i was family. Dr. Ordonez is an excellent physician. She listens to my needs and cares about my welfare.
Dr Ordonez-Sanchez, Always takes care of us. Listens and offers resources to help. She has allowed me to just sit and cry when I needed it and then say let’s help get you where you need to be. Never any judgment, just care. I’m thankfully to be navigating an aging parent with her guidance. The office staff is always wonderful, they knowmy family by sight and is kind, understanding and just incredible.
