This was to be my initial appointment. After following their instructions to arrive early I was greeted with a locked door. After the third attempt the door was opened I found the waiting area with patients waiting. The office staff was inattentive and not engaged. I waited for twenty minutes pst the appointment time with no response. I then cancelled the appointment and left unseen by the provider. I will be letting everyone in my circle of my experience.Ā
Dr. Ordonez and her staff rock. Dr. Ordonez never rushes and spends what ever time she need to diagnose and prescribe a treatment for your issue. Dr Ordonezās Medical Assistant is very caring and pleasant. Dr Ordonez front office staff is very courteous and caring and attentive and works you in the Dr. schedule to address you issues. Dr Ordondez is the go to Dr.Ā
