Dr Ordonez is very knowledgeable about perimenopause. She listened when I felt like other providers had no empathy to symptoms experienced. She is open minded to try treatments or provide guidance for suggestions that are not ideal. However, every time I step in it’s $50 copay. I was quite surprised to attend my well check, and receive yet another $50 bill. Dr. Ordonez is attentive and listens to the patient and answers to all questions. I am very pleased with her service. Thanks doctor!
The reception staff were very helpful, however the nurse and doctor were not welcoming at all. I was given a lecture and treated like a child by the doctor. Very belittling and not a polite experience.
