Extremely unhelpful. I never thought going to the Mayo. Clinic would be a waste of time and money until I met this doctor. Was not willing to send a referral after I gave her referral information because she was “not familiar” with the providers in my area which makes no sense. She’s a nephrologist and refused to send a referral to another nephrologist in my area. I didn’t know you had to be familiar with other doctors in order to send a referral.
