Hi! I dealt with Malake Khaled. She went the extra mile for both me (prospective tenant) and the apartment owner. I mistakenly applied for an apartment that doesn't allow pets. When Malake found out she inquired with the landlord if there could be an exception for our dog. The landlord said no (which is totally their right) and Malake gave me a personal call to let me know. It was nicer than an impersonal text message. I'll certainly try to work with Malake in the future.
