Malake and Sami have been fantastic to work with. Malake made my cross-country move to NYC incredibly smooth and even took the time to call me when I first moved in to ensure everything was going well. Sami also personally came to resolve an issue right away when the super was not available. They are both extremely responsive and consistently go above and beyond. Highly recommend SGRE and team!
Hi! I dealt with Malake Khaled. She went the extra mile for both me (prospective tenant) and the apartment owner. I mistakenly applied for an apartment that doesn't allow pets. When Malake found out she inquired with the landlord if there could be an exception for our dog. The landlord said no (which is totally their right) and Malake gave me a personal call to let me know. It was nicer than an impersonal text message. I'll certainly try to work with Malake in the future.
