Don’t allow anyone to have a surgery by this doctor. Our family member died under her care after a non invasive surgery this past week.
Great experience and quality care. Dr. Esquivel has a great bed side manner and my recovery time from my surgery was quick!

I had a very bad experience with this surgeon. On June 7th of 2024 I went into Edinburg Regional to have my gallbladder removed. I underwent a single robotic cholecystectomy. After the surgery I was discharged. On June 8th I was having severe pain and my daughter took me to an ER clinic. I was taken by ambulance back to Edinburg Regional. To make a long story short, Dr. Esquivel punctured my intestine and had to have surgery to correct her error. My mother went for a gallbladder removal and something went wrong. My mother has been in the hospital for a month in a half. I do not trust her to perform any more surgeries on my mother.
