Didn't even listen to what my issues were and prescribed me heart medication for HS, which I'm pretty sure is just worsening the condition. When I try to call, the derm department will NOT pick up the phone .. EVER. She also has rescheduled appointments without making me aware and has also cancelled twice. I am a new patient with Dr. Sandra Marshall. I had read a few bad reviews about Dr. Marshall but decided I needed to see her and make up my own mind. I have had several appointments with her and she is caring, smart and pleasant. She has done a good job with treatment for me and all of the staff are friendly and considerate. Everyone knows how to do their job. I recommend this medical office to everyone needing a dermatologist.
