Tried talking to Sandra multiple times about purchasing a property. She way overpriced the property and grabbed the assessed value of the property from the Weston county assessors. For 3 lots the valuation was at 45,000. She tried selling one lot for the valuation price of three. She is not very knowledgeable or helpful. I would highly not recommend anyone use her ever!
Sandy is kind, thorough, and helpful throughout the process of buying and selling. She truly cares about her clients. The new website is professional and accurate in line with Sandy's way of doing business. I highly recommend Sandra Martin as an agent.
