It took me 4 months to get an appointment.The day of my appointment I arrived a few minutes late however I was told I was scheduled to be there at 8 a.m. not 8:45 ,this is not true!I don't make appointments that early because I can't schedule transportation.The staff is completely rude!
It is VERY difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Crouse at any time. This makes it a bit tricky to manage your medications properly, but it can be done if you are diligent and careful. Do not expect to cancel and reschedule appointments here. If you have an appointment and you need the appointment, then that must be your first priority. I wish it was not that way, but it is and I have learned to adapt so far. I like the doc and the office just fine. Dr Crouse and her staff lacked even the most basic form of compassion in the treatment of father. We were initially informed their office could perform a procedure to help with my Dad's disease and after I arranged transportation my Dad from his assisted living facility and he arrived only to find that the procedure could not and would not be performed (despite me calling repeatedly before hand to verify it would, and the appointment was scheduled months in advance).
