I recently had a virtual visit with replacement mental health doctor, I was treated rudely and without respect. At 63 years old they should have some respect for seniors. Not happy!

The staff are always great. Billing is always bad. I get my bill and promptly pay it. I was there in March and paid the bill as soon as I received it. Then in June, I get another bill. Oops they forgot something. Nothing on the bill tells you what that is but it's on there for June. I'm a bit put off by this. I call and tell them that I've reached my deductible and they need to submit it to the insurance company. They are reluctant. I tell them I'm not going to pay until it's been submitted. They refused me in crisis. They had room. They were open. They just didn't feel like it? I was taken to Broadlawns by a social worker after calling the Mobile Crisis Unit. She was great and took me to the ER first for a physical issue. Security would then walk me over to the psych unit for admission, she said. I've been going to Dr. Murdoch for about 3 years. He fixed one foot, and now we're on the other one. His bedside manner is excellent. He actually cares. When he fixed the first foot, he let me wear a boot. Then I didn't do what I was supposed to. It took me a while to heel. So, the 2nd foot I promised I'd do what he said. He just calmly said "I know you will". To make a long story short, after surgery, I woke up with a cast. I went for my 2 week check up today and found out the cast was coming off. I was excited. Makes you wonder now a days if they actually want to treat people or judge people. As I have long history of kidney stones and obviously when you get one you don't wait and plan out a doctor visit. But when you ask them to do something and try to help get it out they choose to just name off your pain meds that you have taken in 4 years and not listen and tell you that you are free to go. But yet offer you pain meds when you told them bluntly that you dont want any you just want to fugue out why its not coming out. Hmmm yeah ... read more

Stay away for your own sake. October 3rd 2018 I walked in there as an outpatient. He said we won't rinse out your foot is dead cartilage in there. Dishonest doesn't report his accident to my foot his knife slid all the way through my foot and cut my nerves I am completely disabled I cannot work. My foot became infected they don't get back to you.
