As far as my sleep study test and the technician who preformed it, they are wonderful. They treated me with warmth,understanding and explained everything that was being done to help make the experience a little more comfortable. The office staff answering the phones need to be taught how to speak to patients and learn how to preform thier job professionally. I did not see a doctor, I was there for a initial overnight sleep study. From the start my technician (Emily I believe) was fantastic. I have such anxiety but she made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The room was clean and very comfortable. Again I can not stress enough, if not for my technician and her very kind professional manner , I don't believe I would have completed the study. Highly recommend BMG if you need a sleep study.
Dr Block was very informative and in no hurry as she apent time helping me understand the diagnostic and treatment plan. Highly recommend the good doctor
I have no complaints at all with my first visit to Dr. Block's office. No long wait, everyone was courteous, and the doctor explained everything very clearly.
