I had a great visit with Dr Brown, she was very thorough and seemed to take my concerns seriously. I asked to have a glucose and b2 test done and she ordered an entire panel of things to check which I really appreciated! Sometimes I feel anxious having to ask for bloodwork I don’t want to be thought of as paranoid but I really like to keep my numbers in check so I appreciated that more than she knows. She is a breath of fresh air after my last doctor.
I have been seeing Dr Ou for over 20 years as a patient. She is kind, explains issues well, and did not rush me out of the appointment and respected my health care choices.
Dr. Maguire and Erin have great personalities which translate to the best bedside manners. I really appreciate them.
Dr Brown doesn't treat patients. Her job is to place as many referrals as possible. She also has a tendency to call out sick forcing me and others to reschedule appointments. She doesn't return phone calls. All communication goes thru her nurse.
Dr Ou is wonderful. She explains everything carefully and answers any questions you may have. I would highly recommend her as a PCP.
I had her years ago and she was more interested in patients able to keep her status up. I struggled with two issues at the time that were difficult to control and she pushed to let me go. At least she was honest enough to tell me the reason why during the new HMO rules. However, it was incredibly degrading. Since then, and other another doctor's care, not only is everything under control, but one of the issues has been eradicated. Dr. Allard has been our doctor for our entire family for over 20+years and she has continually treated all of us with the utmost professionalism, compassion and thorough care. Even after our daughter graduated from college and was living out of state, Dr Allard very kindly assisted us with getting the help we needed for diagnosing and treating a serious medical condition. She goes above and beyond for her patients, and we are deeply grateful for her care.
She is a awesome person . Helps you out and gives you what u need !
He will take his time to answer questions but sometimes be kinda quick as he is a busy doctor. Overall though he is incredible and you can just be yourself with him.
