I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Every single one of my questions were answered during the appointment. I was so relieved that they were able to give me so much useful information. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
