I am 82 years old and have seen at least twenty doctors in my lifetime. Doctor Sandra A. "Jean-Charles" was my pick of doctors when I was first assigned to the Ocala VA clinic. And I have been impressed by the thoughtful and caring treatment that I have received here at the Ocala Clinic. Thru her in-depth examinations I feel she has saved my life on several occasions. I just want to say that I am thankful for her care.
Finally Had a hospital follow up appt that the office cancelled and rescheduled 2 months out. She had no compassion during the 5min she spent with my elderly parent whose recently been diagnosed with cancer. Dr Jean Charles has lacked empathy on multiple visits . Very disappointed with the VA and how they treat our Veterans!
Dr. Jean-Charles is marvelous she makes me feel like I'm her only patient despite the amount of patients she see's . she remembers me from visit asks about thigs we have talked about before .And never rushes me !
Detached and unfriendly. Non-caring. Non-listener. Poor diagnostician. Apparent lack of medical knowledge. Poor attitude. Poor communication/interpersonal skills.
